Developing Emotional Intelligence

It’s important to note that it doesn’t take an elaborate speech to inspire change. Oftentimes, it’s one seemingly ordinary phrase that strikes a chord with an individual, and it stays with them long enough to ignite a chain reaction. This is likely to have a trickle-down effect on children, as they are more open to change. As an organization, we strive to improve the lives of men and women, and we plan to take gradual (albeit consistent) steps to get there. We start with our children.
